Closer on the diagonal bees. They run in and out of the black and white archive, which stretches an indefinite number of units left to right. Each slatted frame has an indefinite length. Having seen that the cave comb is empty, this is probably that (or that is this). Might simply be a picture from a time when there were many pictures, so many that some could even be stored for later seeing.
